We accept cash, cheque, card or bank transfer, whichever you find easiest. Depending on who you bank with, payment by advance standing order could be an option too.

Simply send us a little information on what you require here, then we’ll call at a convenient time to give you an approximate estimate on cost. We’ll arrange for one of our window cleaners to come and see you for a ‘Quote ’ visit at a convenient time – they’ll confirm the exact cost, if you’re happy with the quote ,we can carry out your 1st clean at the same time or arrange date to suit you.

You decide how often you want us to come back; for the majority of our customers, it’s every 4 weeks. We’ll send you a reminder in advance before every visit. No more wondering when or if your windows will be cleaned!

All our team members arrive in a branded van, wear professional branded clothing and are issued with photo ID cards for your peace of mind. We even tell you their name before they arrive, so you’ll always know who we are.

What methods do you use?
Subject to your windows being suitable, we will use our Reach & Wash system (extendable water-fed poles), as this method includes your frames and sills. Traditional method upon customer request.
For commercial work we use a mixture of traditional and Reach & Wash methods to give the customer the best clean possible. Reach & Wash uses a very high level of pure water and when pure water flows over a surface, it absorbs all the existing substances on it such as dust and dirt, leaving a smear-free surface.
